• Users' content monitoring, quality assessment;
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
  • Research strategy related topics (combining online sources). 
  • Organize workflow according to approved strategy.
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
  • Product rules and conditions support;
  • Control of information representation in the product.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM and tracking reporting process
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources;
  • Familiarity with various software packages and programs;
  • Ability to work with large amount of information;
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English or Russian,
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • University degree in Linguistics, Journalism or related field.
