Responsibilities:


- Upload of the contracts into B2B reservations system with their respective policies, terms & conditions (child policy, room/meal plan policy, allotment & availability, supplier contracts with costs and sales contracts with price, cancellation policy)
- Ensure all stop sales, promotions and supplier notes are updated on the system
- Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all hotels and ensure this information correctly reflected in the system
- Regular benchmark of the rates with other DMC’s might be conducted to ensure a competitive market position
- Customer access management in coordination with the department supervisor

Required Qualifications:


- 2+ years of customer service or as a reservations specialist
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High sense of responsibility and time management skills
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specification might be an advantage
