Corporate Services Specialist

- Providing advice and information to financial organizations related to becoming a member of the system
- Reviewing submitted documents to become a member of the system, implementation of works related to the granting and maintenance of the status of system members
- Preparation of necessary documents for the conclusion of the contract to grant the status of a member of the system, and opening of cash accounts after the signing of the contract
- Organizing of trainings and seminars for employees of system members
- Submission of an opinion on the rules and tariffs of account operators, if necessary
- Submission of proposals on changes to the rules of the CDA
- Providing advice to account operators regarding the placement of securities, registration of issuer's corporate action, other services provided to issuers and account holders
- Implementation of activities related to registry keeping and custody
- Provision/termination of access to the DEPEND system and organization of work related to it
- Testings of the new version of the Depend program
- Formulating responses to inquiries received from various public administrations

- Master's degree in finance or economics
- At least two years of work experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge of the securities market
- Excellent knowledge of SWIFT and BANKMAIL systems
- Ability to create technical tasks
- Knowledge of DEPEND program is an advantage
- Computer literacy: good knowledge of IT infrastructure (database)
- Team-player
- Ability to cope in stressful situations and solve problems in a short period of time
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages
