Corporate Services Specialist

- Provide guidance and information to financial organizations on becoming system members
- Review submitted documents for system membership, oversee the granting and maintenance of member status
- Prepare necessary documents for contracting system membership and oversee subsequent processes
- Organize training seminars for system member employees
- Propose changes to CDA rules
- Advise account operators on securities placement, issuer corporate actions, and other services for issuers and account holders
- Execute activities related to registry maintenance and custody
- Draft responses to inquiries from various departments

- Master's degree in finance or economics
- At least two two years' experience in the financial sector
- Proficiency in the securities market
- Excellent knowledge of SWIFT and BANKMAIL systems
- Ability to create technical tasks
- Knowledge of DEPEND system, SWIFT and BANKMAIL is an advantage
- Strong computer literacy, especially in IT infrastructure (database)
- Team player
- Capable of handling stress and problem-solving within tight timeframes
- Proficient in written and spoken Armenian, English, and Russian
