Overview

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand awareness strategy through social media, ensure the effectiveness of branding awareness strategy,
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns that achieve strategic goals while also propelling the desired brand experience,
- Ensure creative part of company visual and content strategy appearance in social media,
- Advise on design strategies and determine messages to best engage a given audience,
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development,
- Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash,
- Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing,
- Proven experience creating marketing campaigns,
- Proven understanding and experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Creative ability to produce effective solutions for specific projects;
- Good team player that is enthusiastic about delivering results.
