SoftConstruct is looking for a CRM Casino Specialist/VBET.

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies for different segments to drive retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value (including email, SMS, Outbound calls, Pop-up notifications, push notifications, and in-app messaging)
  • Analyze customer data to identify key segments and behaviors, analyze and indicate promo KPIs
  • Use A/B testing and other methodologies to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly regarding responsible gaming practices
  • Collaborate with regional, marketing and analytics teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/economics or related field
  • Experience in Gambling (preferably Marketing department / CRM)
  • Proficiency in Armenian and English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, collaborate and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strong arithmetic skills will be considered as an advantage
