About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven CRM Manager to join our UK Regional Team. As the CRM Manager – UK Market , you will take part in (re)creating and communicating the CRM strategy for all verticals for the UK market.

- Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering optimized ad hoc campaigns and automated customer life cycle journeys for players in the UK market
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of all CRM activities and continuously propose data-led improvements to maximise effectiveness and ROI, while adhering to compliance requirements
- Provide high-level reporting on the KPIs for the UK market through daily data assessment
- Assist Third-Party CRM support to visualise and communicate the content of the campaign calendar to the Regional
- Director and Head of Marketing
- Monitoring and maximising customer lifetime value & bonus costs ensuring maximum profitability per segment or campaign
- Ensure that players have a smooth experience when moving between segments
- Deliver transparent, documented, and visible CRM activities to all stakeholders
- Build, document and maintain country profiles, including key information such as welcome offers, player onboarding, extended player lifecycles, ad hoc campaigns, promotional patterns that the players in the market are used to as well as any other beneficial country specific information
- Adapt a test, learn, and grow mindset by continuously and proactively conducting A/B testing on the automated lifecycle journeys and ad hoc campaigns
- Plan, test, deliver cross-sell campaigns and share learnings with the wider teams to establish best practices
- Perform regular competitor benchmarking, to ensure your brands and markets remain competitive, and that any new learnings can quickly be applied
- Understand the workflow and teams that need to contribute to campaign delivery and seek to improve and optimise the internal processes
- Support your own and other markets by leading bigger cross-market campaigns on a recurring basis to improve efficiency and synergies
