Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-impact CRM initiatives across the company that drive lead generation, lead warming up, customer acquisition, implementation, adoption, engagement and loyalty;
  • Apply a deep understanding of marketing best practices to implement and coordinate CRM campaigns through different channels, primarily email, text messaging and linkedin connections;
  • Track and measure KIPs, identify trends and implement optimizations;
  • Develop the tone and communication strategy for CRM;
  • Manage and develop email content;
  • Work closely with the Sales team (in US time zone mostly)

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ in email marketing experience, understanding of engagement, loyalty, lifecycle and conversion via CRM;
  • Experience of using Marketing Automation Platforms;
  • Excellent copyediting skills, has a feel for language (English);
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment;
  • English speaker (Native or Native like)
