Overview

Responsibilities:

- Monitor social media platform such as Twitter and Facebook to support our clients
- Handle tickets, chats & calls to facilitate 24/7 support to our clients via ZenDesk
- Handle any ad hoc tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Fluent in at least one additional language or more ( Mandarin, Turkish, Arabic, French, Spanish, Hindi etc ) both speaking and writing
  • Fast learner (we will train you on digital currencies as long as you are hungry to learn)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service (experience in finance, e-commerce, hospitality is preferable)
  • Available for shift work
