Overview

“HackTech LLC” is looking for a “Customer Care Specialist”.

Responsibilities:


- Be the "first voice" of the company, acting as the primary point of contact for all inbound and outbound support requests
- Ensure the retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients by providing exceptional customer care
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Work directly with sales, product management, and customer success managers to resolve outstanding issues quickly
- Proactively reach out to clients to identify areas of improvement and address any concerns
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for clients and ensure their needs are met
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Work closely with development teams on bugs, new features, and product updates
- Maintaining functions of customer care including processes, automation, support articles, and more
- Work with a diverse and multi-cultural client base with customers around the globe

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in customer care or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and energetic tone
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction through thoughtful and proactive support
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-starter, driven, team player that looks for ways to actively contribute to new processes, product updates, and more
- Excellent knowledge of English
