Berlitz language center is looking for a DYNAMIC, out of box thinking person that can create and manage the relationship with customers. Communicate and interact with existing and prospective customers. Bring new consumers and corporate clients to our successful brand.

Responsibilities:

Create a trusted relationship with prospective and existing customers
- Consult Company's clients on existing services
- Maximize outside sales development through proactive activities
- Maximize inside sales through leads generated from within the language center
- Find creative and flexible solutions for different requests of customers
- Achieve monthly KPI goals
- Complete reports and related documentation
- Track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end-user interviews, sales, companies, and contacts
- Involve in the respective business community, including membership in such organizations as Chamber of Commerce, trade centers/councils, etc.

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor's Degree in customer service, business administration, or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Positive attitude and high level of motivation
- Problem solving skills and flexibility
- Native fluency in the Armenian language
- Knowledge of English written and spoken (Berlitz Level 5+)
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Sales experience will be considered as an advantage
