Reporting directly to the Head of Customer request processing department Customer request processing specialist is responsible for conducting detailed risk assessments, identifying risks and opportunities.

- Provide customers with a bonus according to their history and behavior, previously approved by the team leader.
- Oversee the set-up of reports & alerts for continuous game and player monitoring.
- At the end of each shift, brief the team leader about the incidents of the working day resolved and missed tasks.
- Knowledge in Math, Statistics, or a similar field.
- Experience in the casino industry not a must but advantageous. Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS office tools. High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment. Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage Ability to work in a shifting schedules.
