“MoveCo Solutions Inc” is looking for a “Customer Service Representative”.
Responsibilities:
As a Client Success Representative you will:
- Provide sales support to customers by via phone, email and chat communication
- Listen to people’s concerns, understand their problems and offer solutions
- Perform general office duties and maintain company’s standard operating procedures
- Master clients’ business operations and services to provide best customer experience
- Use company software to log all activity
- Provide weekly reports on performance
- Work with internal and external teams to adapt new techniques to improve KPIs
Fluent English and Night Shift availability is a must
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Fluent/advanced in English grammar and speech
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Mature approach to work with an ability to learn fast and build strong rapport with customers to improve the quality of customer support
- Highly organized, attention to details
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Has a winning attitude and a proven track record of success
