“MoveCo Solutions Inc” is looking for a “Customer Service Representative”.

Responsibilities:

As a Client Success Representative you will: 

  • Provide sales support to customers by via phone, email and chat communication
  • Listen to people’s concerns, understand their problems and offer solutions 
  • Perform general office duties and maintain company’s standard operating procedures 
  • Master clients’ business operations and services to provide best customer experience
  • Use company software to log all activity
  • Provide weekly reports on performance
  • Work with internal and external teams to adapt new techniques to improve KPIs

Fluent English and Night Shift availability is a must

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Fluent/advanced in English grammar and speech
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Mature approach to work with an ability to learn fast and build strong rapport with customers to improve the quality of customer support
  • Highly organized, attention to details 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Has a winning attitude and a proven track record of success
