Responsibilities:

  • Answer to emails
  • Answer to Social Media pages’ messages and comments.
  • Answer to Online Chat
  • Contacting our suppliers
  • Answer to CallsManage Tickets for Customers

Required Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English
  • Experience in Shopify platform.
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Internet savvy
  • Extra points if you can speak also other foreign languages (Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian and Portuguese).
