Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve submitted customer applications
     
  • Update our internal databases with internal and external information
     
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with IT industry is a plus
     
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
     
  • Multi-tasking abilities
     
  • Patience when handling tough cases
     
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
