Overview

A growing international betting operator, seeking experienced Customer Support representatives in order to provide high quality support to its player base.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling all incoming web chats during the shift
  • In charge of outbound email correspondence with players
  • Accepting and dispatching documents in terms of KYC
  • Retaining the customers and reporting about suspicious activities on the website
  • Ability to work evening and/or night shifts

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communications skills in Turkish Language 
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year within an online casino company is an asset
  • Experience in the gambling/gaming industry
  • Familiar with customer journey in terms of  sport betting and odds calculation
  • Experience of working in live chat and ticketing desks like LC, Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, result oriented person, great communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexible in terms of schedule and a great team worker
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of Russian, English or fluency in any other language will be considered an asset
