Overview
A growing international betting operator, seeking experienced Customer Support representatives in order to provide high quality support to its player base.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling all incoming web chats during the shift
- In charge of outbound email correspondence with players
- Accepting and dispatching documents in terms of KYC
- Retaining the customers and reporting about suspicious activities on the website
- Ability to work evening and/or night shifts
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written communications skills in Turkish Language
- Previous experience of at least 1 year within an online casino company is an asset
- Experience in the gambling/gaming industry
- Familiar with customer journey in terms of sport betting and odds calculation
- Experience of working in live chat and ticketing desks like LC, Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
- Highly motivated, energetic, result oriented person, great communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible in terms of schedule and a great team worker
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Advanced knowledge of Russian, English or fluency in any other language will be considered an asset
