ACX is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our customer support team.

Responsibilities:


- Handling tickets, chats & calls to facilitate 24/7 support for our clients via Customer Service Tools
- Community management and customer support service
- Respond to client inquiries to meet the high standards set by the Company whilst complying with the set KPIs

Required Qualifications:

You can join us if:
- You are passionate about customer service (think Ritz-Carlton level of service) ​
- You are fluent in English both speaking and writing (B2+ and above)
- You are passionate about the future of finance and money (banking background is an advantage)
- You are able to identify the customers’ issues and provide solutions
- You are an overachiever and hustler 
- You are detail oriented and can work under pressure
