Overview

Hosteeva is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. The incumbent will be expected to maintain professional contact with customers and be ready to work flexibly as the role is likely to involve shifts as well as night shifts.

Responsibilities:


- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and text messages
- Troubleshoot website issues and escalate to the technical team
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Document all call information accordingly to standard operational procedures

Required Qualifications:


- High proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to work night shifts
- Solid communication and excellent interpersonal skills
