Overview

“WebWork Time Tracker, Inc.” is looking for a “Customer Support Specialist”.

Responsibilities:


- Excellent and detailed understanding of the products
- Identify common problems and escalate them to the management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
- Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced
- Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone
- Help existing users to find answers to their problems or concerns

Required Qualifications:


- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and ability to build relationships with clients
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- The ability to respond appropriately under pressure
