- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email;
- Update our internal databases with internal and external information;
- Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance;
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
- Assist Customer Support Manager with daily routine task concerning;
- Assist the staff with ordering stationary and other necessary stuff.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role;
- Familiarity IT industry is a plus;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Multi-tasking abilities;
- Patience when handling tough cases;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages both oral and written.
