Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email;
  • Update our internal databases with internal and external information;
  • Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
  • Assist Customer Support Manager with daily routine task concerning;
  • Assist the staff with ordering stationary and other necessary stuff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role;
  • Familiarity IT industry is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Multi-tasking abilities;
  • Patience when handling tough cases;
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English languages both oral and written.
