Overview

Hosteeva is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. The incumbent will be expected to maintain professional contact with customers and be ready to work flexibly as the role is likely to involve shifts, as well as night shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to calls, email and text messages;
- Troubleshoot website issues and escalate to the technical team;
- Manage and resolve customer complaints;
- Document all call information according to standard operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:

- High proficiency in English language, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work night shifts;
- Solid communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
