Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via email, chat and phone
  • Respond to customer product inquiries and providing technical support.
  • Closely follow the procedures for inputting data in the RMA system
  • Monitor negative customer reviews and working on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide customized solutions and recommendations
  • Identify issues that occur on a repeated basis and providing feedback to management
  • Assist in a wide range of administrative tasks

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Exceptional spoken and written Russian

  • Knowledge of English is a plus

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Keen interest in providing great customer service

  • Attention to details

  • Experience working with GSuit and Microsoft office

  • Previous experience in customer care will be considered as an advantage
