“Zettabyte” is looking for a “Customer Support Specialist (Farsi Speaking)”.

Responsibilities:


- Work independently with customers through online chats, phone calls and e-mails to answer questions regarding services and products provided by the company
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and request
- Identify customers' needs and guide them towards the appropriate actions using your knowledge and experience.

Required Qualifications:


- A natural communicator
- Confident and can-do attitude, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer service
- Proficient in Farsi and Eglish, Armenian is a plus (written and verbal)
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability to be patient and understanding
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) will be an asset
- Experience in the field is a plus
- Willingness to work on 24/7 shifts /obligatory/
