“Golden SB Tech Group” is looking for a “Customer Support Specialist (Farsi speaking)”.

Responsibilities:


- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance in a professional and timely manner, primarily in Farsi
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and feedback to propose improvements to products, services, and processes
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions, adhering to company guidelines and standards

Required Qualifications:


- Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written Farsi and English is essential
- Proven experience in a customer support or similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, with a genuine desire to help and resolve their issues
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
