SoftConstruct is looking for a Deputy CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive, high-impact strategies that align seamlessly with Softconstruct’s overarching business goals and strategic vision, driving organizational growth and operational excellence across all functions
- Champion the effective implementation of these strategies across certain domains, including administrative, legal, and financial areas, ensuring cohesive integration with broader corporate objectives and enhancing overall organizational performance.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed efficiently, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to maintain alignment with evolving business priorities and market conditions
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or Operations Management; an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred
- Extensive executive-level experience in operational leadership, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations, strategic initiatives, and driving organizational growth
- Proven ability to think strategically, lead transformational change, and address complex organizational challenges with innovative solutions
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a history of building and mentoring high-performance teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Strong financial acumen, with extensive experience in budget management, resource allocation, strategic investment, and financial forecasting
- Demonstrated capability to ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies, while upholding the highest legal and ethical standards
- Outstanding communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively engage, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and board members
- Experience in integrating cross-functional strategies to drive operational efficiency and enhance overall organizational effectiveness
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively, and to lead through periods of change and uncertainty with resilience and strategic insight
