Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF), a non-governmental leader in innovation in Armenia’s development, is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to become a member of its creative team and provide support to its programmatic activities, assisting Program Managers in daily operations and communications.

- Support in identifying grant announcements, distributing them to relevant personnel, maintaining the announcements and donors’ database, and sourcing new grant announcement channels
- Maintain and expand the database of potential partners including European, EaP, Central Asian, and US-based organizations, experts, specialists, and contacts
- Support the identification and outreach to potential partners in Armenia and abroad
- Support in preparing proposal development plans, assigning responsibilities, establishing a timeline, and ensuring timely submission
- Store all written proposals, organizational descriptions, and related documents, updating them as necessary based on changing circumstances or EPF’s updated programming
- Support the development of logframes, proposal sections, budget, and budget notes
- Prepare supporting documentation for proposals, including CVs, partnership letters, budget narrative, and other forms requested by the donors
- Collect and keep a repository of CVs of consultants
- Support in preparing documents and various visual materials to support the organization’s fundraising and development activities
- Grow into a proficient proposal and budget developer with the team
- Travel for project-related needs and events to the regions of Armenia and abroad Fundraising:
- Assist with proposal writing
- Support EPF's Program Teams in other types of fundraising efforts Communications:
- Assist with the development and dissemination of project related outreach materials
- Assist EPF's Communication Team with program outreach in general

Required Qualifications:

- Two years of professional experience (three years preferred), preferably in the civil society sector, or another relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in one of the humanities and/ or social science fields. A Master’s is preferred. Education and other experience abroad is a plus
- Some knowledge of donors, and their policies;nd present donor requirements, identify major issues
- Proven record of successful team work, especially team coordination
- High level of written and verbal proficiency in Armenian and English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
- High literacy, i.e. capacity to develop quality written texts in English and Armenian; proven record of producing and editing texts
- Experience in budgeting, and managing databases is preferred
