Overview

The Digital Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting digital data to drive business decisions. This individual will work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to optimize user experiences, marketing strategies, and product offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement, manage, and optimize tracking solutions using tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and Adobe Analytics
  • Analyze digital data from various sources, including websites and mobile apps, to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, regular reports, and ad-hoc analyses for different departments
  • Understand and evaluate customer journey maps, identifying areas of improvement or optimization
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to measure and optimize the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Advise on strategies for segmentation and personalization based on data insights
  • Assist in A/B testing to continuously optimize UI/UX for our platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital analytics
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
