Overview

Responsibilities:

  1. Create social media organic strategies
  2. Work on community building and community management in organic way
  3. Create content that sells, engages and inspires
  4. Use growth hacking to promote organic campaigns on different social media
  5.  Identifies trends and insights
  6. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing in organic part
  7.  Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing organic campaigns and assesses against goals
  8.  Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points in organic way.
  9. Execute content based on editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  10. Track, evaluate, and measure effectiveness and efficiency of key marketing organic programs, promotions and campaigns making recommendations for continuous improvements to achieve organic marketing goals.

  10. Excellent English speaking, writing and editing skills
  11. Knowledge of organic marketing and strong research skills
  12. Analytic mindset, understanding data, and attention to details
  13. Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest
  14. Basic targeting skill
  15. Self organized and helpful to teammates readiness
  16. Teamplayer skill and mindset
