VOLO is hiring a result-oriented professional to fulfill the position of a Digital Marketing Specialist to work with the Business Development Department.
We are looking for a person who can develop actionable marketing campaigns for lead generation and digital channel development.
- Work with the Business Development & Marketing team and assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, webinars, email newsletter creation and social media management
- Generate marketing content to promote company products/services
- Prepare well-structured presentation drafts for webinars and sales pitches
- Plan and review marketing content and deliverables for social media and sales channels
- Manage and monitor company’s digital marketing channels and constantly update the company content across B2B channels
- Engage in social listening and monitoring to understand emerging issues/trends among target audiences
- Analyze competitors, compare similar products and services, marketing initiatives and present to marketing team
- Perform quarterly market research, analysis and generate reports
- Create content for landing pages and email campaigns
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Linguistics, Communications or related field
- Minimum of one-year experience in related role (SMM manager, Channel development manager, Marketing manager)
- Good knowledge of mainstream and emerging social channels (LinkedIn, HARO, Quora, Medium, Clutch.co, etc.)
- Fluent in Armenian and English (knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus). Expert written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, plan and coordinate content release across multiple digital channels
- Strong passion for research and data analysis. Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush, email marketing analytics, etc.)
- Strong self-initiative, highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines within a dynamic work environment
- A basic understanding of SEO factors that impact a site’s ranking potential, including quality content, keyword focus, URL structure, title tags, meta descriptions, etc.
