Overview
Responsibilities:
- Support agency’s marketing strategy and techniques with first-hand knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social media
- Perform analysis of marketing-related performance and other data
- Communicate with internal and external clients on a regular basis to review the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
- Make recommendations to digital strategists on how to improve the performance of campaigns
- Ability to implement some recommended campaign changes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Digital Strategists, Content, Social, SEO, and SEM strategists
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with digital marketing best practices including email marketing, SEO, Local SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in managing and guiding the digital marketing team
- Highly analytical; able to understand all angles of Marketing and make recommendations to improve performance
- Highly communicative; able to interact with different types of customers
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (communication and writing)
- Good knowledge of the IT industry is essential
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated team player
