We are looking for a Digital marketing manager to establish the digital strategy across different regions in targeted markets.
Digital Marketing and Advertising specialist will be responsible for development of media buying plan, assessing the performance of the channels, executing any centralized digital activities, positioning and growth plan in the assigned region.

- Act as the primary digital media expert for Worldwide labels, buying, optimization, reporting and negotiating with partners
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across social, native, programmatic, and direct sources
- Create custom audiences, book, and optimize campaigns in Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads and other DSPs
- Working closely with regional marketing teams in order to develop strategy for all the available channels
- Possess strong technical understanding of programmatic audience buying
- Monitor media buys to ensure all brand safety, ad fraud, and viewability standards are met or exceeded
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Research and record trends, innovations, and changes that affect media buying
- Implementing test initiatives such as landing page, A/B testing, multivariate testing, offer testing
- Provide recommendations on landing pages, websites, and overall user experience to optimize paid conversions
- Organizing the creation of visuals and creative assets for the digital placements for all the acquisition channels

Required Qualifications:

- 1+ years experience in digital marketing or advertising execution
- Demonstrated B2C direct experience with analytics and reporting tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and advertising trends and industry, best practices and ability to implement across programs
- Proven communication skills, including the ability to write original ad copy and provide directive on creative assets
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge in social media platforms, as well as with media buying or affiliate marketing
- Ability to work with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Similarweb, Heepsy, Ads Managers, Google Ads, Programmatic platforms, etc. (certifications is a plus)
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
