We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-oriented, and experienced Document Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the contract signing process by the relevant companies
  • Ensuring the entire process of archiving of contracts in electronic and hard-copy versions
  • Managing access for the documents
  • Supervision of accurate coding, classification of contracts
  • Supervision during the stage of signing the agreement, as well as preparing the needed documents based on latter
  • Managing Incoming/Outgoing Documents
  • Other functions arising from the position
Required Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or a related field is often required.
  • Previous experience in document control, records management, or a similar role is usually necessary.
  • Proficiency in document management software such as SharePoint, Documentum, or similar systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to organize, categorize, and manage large volumes of documents efficiently.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
