Overview

We are looking for highly responsible and experienced E-commerce Manager, the person who can have a great contribution in our team by his/her enthusiastic and creative work.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the Company 's online sales strategic plan in accordance with the Company' s goals;
  • Implement and control the whole process of the E-Commerce platform;
  • Analyze and evaluate online sales performance;
  • Initiate and take actions to increase online Sales;
  • Develop and implement actions to continuously improve customer satisfaction;
  • Manage the work of direct subordinates;
  • Supervise, implement and support the implementation of the immediate subordinates' development plan;
  • Develop an action plan to ensure the engagement of immediate subordinates;
  • Submit relevant reports accurately and on time. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce, Retail or in relevant field;
  • Experience in managerial position;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization, communication (written/verbal), and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately while working toward multiple deadlines;
  • Self-starter and proactive; creative thinker and problem solver;
  • Able to work under pressure effectively and efficiently;
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
  • Advanced computer skills.
