Overview

Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities are divided into three main performance objectives: 

  1. Develop and implement reforming strategic steps for the development of the ecosystems in the HTI sector of Armenia;
  2. Ensure cooperation relations between the Armenian ecosystem and international structures;
  3. Support, develop and create a solid foundation for efficient team cooperation.

First objective: 

Develop and implement reforming strategic steps for the development of the ecosystems in the HTI sector of Armenia.

 

Typical responsibilities are:

  • Make suggestions on developing programs directed at the formation and development of the ecosystems in the HTI sector in Armenia, and implement reforming strategic steps towards them;
  • Develop and implement steps towards developing and disseminating scientific, educational and research systems in the Tech sector in Armenia;
  • Develop, coordinate and promote various events directed at increasing the level of interoperability between the startups, R&D centers, industrial infrastructures, structures operating in the field.

 

Second objective: 

Increase Armenia's rating in the international market as a tech hub Ensure cooperation relations between the Armenian ecosystem and international structures.

 

Typical responsibilities are:

  • Establish connections to reinforce cooperation between the Armenian and International representatives of the field, and develop mechanisms encouraging their development;
  • Develop socioeconomic programs in the field, introduce to the internationally-acclaimed companies in order to integrate them in Armenia, and coordinate;
  • Serve as a link between the international and local companies by coordinating and supporting cooperation between them.

 

Third objective: 

Support, develop and create a solid foundation for efficient team cooperation.

 

Typical responsibilities are:

  • Facilitate the submission process of the employees’ suggestions and their implementation;
  • If necessary, assist and monitor the work of colleagues in order to identify and solve problems;
  • If necessary, organize appropriate training, development programs;
  • Support the cooperative-systemic nature of the work of all interconnected circles.

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education in Economics, International Relations and other relevant fields;
  • Four years of corresponding work experience;
  • 3+ years of working experience in public service is preferable;
  • Conduct of innovative working tools, such as Trello, MS PowerPoint, Canva, Google docs, Google forms, Google Sheets, Slack, Mulberry, Prezi, etc.;
  • Ability to communicate with literacy in Armenian, English and Russian;
  • Constant awareness of the innovations in the field and ability to establish business connections, extended network; 
  • Ability to make decisions in difficult situations and solve problems;
  • Experience in cooperation with different management circles;
  • Operational mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership experience;
  • Ability to perform political and world economy analysis, monitoring.
