Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns, including gathering requirements, set-up in Braze (our email and customer lifecycle management system), testing, deployment, and reporting; 
  • Ensure all email marketing campaigns are executed on-time and without error; 
  • Test all emails before launching to ensure emails render correctly across various email clients/browsers and ensure links are working correctly; 
  • Work with creative and other departments to gather assets for campaigns;
  • Ensure landing page experience across mobile and web is optimized for the best user experience and to drive KPIs; 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues with HTML and CSS; 
  • Manage deliverability rates, bounce/block reports, and resolve any issues;
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate and improve the overall production process;
  • Execute A/B tests and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS/MA degree in Economics or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in email marketing;
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, especially working remotely;
  • Flexibility with schedule to attend regular meetings with teams across the globe in different timezones;
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people across different regions, cultures, and departments;
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and consistency;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
