Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and further develop communication via all current social channels and offline events 

  • Execute strategic sourcing and employment brand strategies to completion within timelines 

  • Continuously produce new content for online platforms, such as employee pics, articles, posts, blogs, internal communication portals etc. 

  • Use modern tools to HR such as SEO, viral video content etc. to build unique and relevant traffic driving channels. 

  • Manage and drive continuous engaging content while also effectively keeping and managing all communication channels both internally and externally. 

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition in the creation of relevant adverts, job descriptions etc, ensuring our employer brand is properly conveyed at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR or relevant field 

  • At least 2 years of work experience in SMM (employer branding, marketing and/or communication) 

  • Fluent Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian, 

  • Good knowledge of social media platforms 

  • Knowledge of SEO  

  • Experience with HR and HR-related communication is an advantage 

  • Team player with creative attitude 

  • Proactive with a big desire to grow in a fast paced business environment 

  • Attention to details and high sense of responsibility
