Overview
“Blockchain RnD Hub” is looking for a “English Speaking Customer Support Advisor”.
Responsibilities:
- Help our users with various problems and questions they have
- Follow internal procedures to resolve problems or issues
- Work closely with our technical team
- Daily feedback to the team on new issues discovered
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in customer support at least 1 year
- Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
- Effective time management including ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
- Aptitude for acquiring skills eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Be a confident and enthusiastic communicator
