“Blockchain RnD Hub” is looking for a “English Speaking Customer Support Advisor”.


  • Help our users with various problems and questions they have
  • Follow internal procedures to resolve problems or issues
  • Work closely with our technical team
  • Daily feedback to the team on new issues discovered

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in customer support at least 1 year
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
  • Effective time management including ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
  • Aptitude for acquiring skills eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Be a confident and enthusiastic communicator
