- Day-to-day tasks include researching contacts, updating data bases, attracting potential clients by cold mailing
- Finding new sources for generating new and emerging markets data bases
- Planning the development of the new contacts and active follow up
- Working closely with Data team and updating the CRM with existing as well as adding new contacts to the clients data base
- Investigating and resolving queries in case of need
- Handle data coordination and sales assistance tasks from supervisors in the department

Required Qualifications:

- Profound knowledge of the English language
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to think proactively and respond quickly
- Excellent research, organizational and planning skills
- Experience in data coordination and/or sales assistant will be an advantage
