“Envirotech Armenia” is looking for a “English speaking HR Generalist”.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure best candidate experience of the candidate throughout all his journey with the company
  • Assist in selecting best external talents and support organizing all event targeting external talents and candidates.
  •  Ensure smooth onboarding an adaptation.
  • Ensure the employee happiness throughout their daily activity, ensure their comfort, listen to their needs.
  • Participate in programs aiming to increase the motivation and engagement of employees
  •  Participate in conceiving and implementing the performance assessment related activities.
  •  Planning and implementing training and development programs for targeted employee groups.
  • Support with Internal communication, handle portal, as well as external communication,

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced communication skills
  • ability to listen to people, and understand their needs
  • Details oriented
  • good time and task management
  • Systemic approach and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of HR best practices,
  • Technical recruiting skills are a plus
  • Creative thinker
  • 2+ year Experience in HR field.
