Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers through calling and emails
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and needs to maximize satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain the client database
  • Have a relentless persistence in a unique marketplace
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly sales goals
  • Work as required to achieve all the above objectives, accepting that out of normal office hours work will be required in order to fulfill the duties

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification  
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills  
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and “hunter” mentality
  • Previous work experience as a sales agent and software sales experience is an advantage 
  • Experience and basic technical and commercial understanding of IT industry will be considered as an advantage
  • Strong business development focus and willingness to lead by prospecting and uncovering new potential to convert into opportunities.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and expectations.
  • Driven and possessing a goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
