We are seeking a highly organized and creative B2C Marketing Events and BTL management specialist to join our team in the gambling industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing BTL marketing activities and events that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and loyalty. This role requires a strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and event management, along with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our customers.

  • BTL Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility. This includes in-store promotions, direct mail campaigns, sponsorships, and guerrilla marketing tactics
  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute events that engage customers and promote the brand. This includes trade shows, product launches, customer appreciation events, and other promotional activities
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Identify and collaborate with vendors, partners, and sponsors to support BTL marketing and event initiatives. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure successful delivery of services
  • Creative Development: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling BTL marketing materials and event collateral, including flyers, banners, promotional items, and digital assets
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for BTL marketing activities and events. Monitor expenses, track ROI, and ensure that initiatives are delivered within budget
  • On-Site Event Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events. Ensure all logistics are in place, coordinate with vendors, and provide on-site support to ensure smooth operations
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage customers before, during, and after events. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve future events and marketing initiatives
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL marketing activities and events. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all events and BTL activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. Manage permits, licenses, and insurance as required
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BTL marketing and event management. Implement innovative ideas to enhance customer experiences and drive brand loyalty
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a focus on BTL marketing and event management, preferably in the gambling industry or a similar consumer-facing industry
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful BTL marketing campaigns and events
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with vendors, partners, and customers
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging marketing materials and memorable event experiences
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in marketing and event management tools and software
  • Familiarity with the gambling industry, including knowledge of casino games, sports betting, or online gambling, is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel and work weekends or evenings as required for events
