Avenue Consulting Group LLC is looking for a Executive assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing reports, letters, and other official papers.
  • Translating from Armenian to English and vice versa. Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, databases and directories.
  • Reading and analyzing incoming correspondence and distributing them as needed.
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
  • Helping prepare for meetings and accurately recording minutes.
  • Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
  • Acting as a virtual assistant if need be.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA degree in Economics, Law or International relations. Early graduates are very much welcome.
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite with a special focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • Experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support would be an asset.
