The objective of this Role:
Оrganizing office day-to-day activities,
Acting as the point of contact among executives, partners, and other external partners,
Managing the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the CEO by setting a schedule
Managing executive’s calendar
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Managing correspondence: letters, faxes, or memorandums records of phone conversations, requests for information 
Օrganizing seminars, meetings, workshops, events, even on an international scale

Acts as the point of contact among executives, local partners, and other international partners
Makes arrangements prepare agendas, presentations
Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manages executive’s calendars and set up meetings
Manages internal and external communication
Receives and prioritize CEO’s tasks,  
Respond to the CEO’s electronic mails, letters
Keeps and maintains the Activity reports of all arrangements, 
Makes financial and other reports,
Organizes and maintain the office filing system


Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality/Service or related field
3-5 years of work experience in Managerial positions supporting executives
Experience in a multinational environment is preferred
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Fluent in written and spoken English, Russian, Armenian
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, proven ability to work with any Time management tool
Ability to interact with a wide cross-section of partners, with international, governmental level
Ability to multitask, ability to reprioritize tasks in demanding situations
Ability to analyze and summarize information into reports
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
Proactive approach in decision making
