• Create a multi-city travel itinerary, coordinate and manage executives’ travel schedule, taking into account time zones, weather delays, traffic, and fatigue levels;
  • Understand the day’s priorities to be strategic about how to direct phone calls;
  • Schedule conference rooms, meetings, video chats and take action items during the meetings;
  • Manage leaderships multi-calendar;
  • Prepare correspondence for executives including presentations;
  • Assist with execution of projects or specific stages of projects as assigned;
  • Help with project management as needed;
  • Make sure the communication between the CTO and the teams runs smoothly;
  • Work with the teams to identify inter teams' cooperation problems and come up with solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Linguistics or another relative field;
  • At least 2 years of experience assisting a Senior Level Executive;
  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar and a rich vocabulary;
  • Passion for technology and understanding of technical terminologies;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, manage competing demands and change the course of action quickly in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong proficiency with all types of computers, phones, and office equipment, as well as mastery of Confluence, G-suite, etc.;
  • Complete reliability handling confidential, often highly sensitive information;
  • Very strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail;
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
