Overview

Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Be orchestrating our scrum process at our product and project teams
    • Our product and project teams run 2 weeks scrums, where you will be facilitating sprint plannings, groomings, daily stand-ups as well as review and retrospective sessions. We will appreciate if you could help us further improve our Agile development framework and ensure the best practices are implemented and adopted by the team!
  • Support product and project managers align on product backlog priorities and deliverables
    • Our product is a software that is used and developed for multiple customers. You will be helping
      • assemble all feature requests in the backlog and ensure all deliverable designs land there on time,
      • plan sprint deliveries and align with project managers,
      • manage capacity allocations to ensure sprints are well balanced and can be closed as planned, 
      • ensure user stories are well described and estimated and all scrum attributes always updated 
      • keep track of story/task estimation process during the planning sessions 
      • deliver daily results from development and QA colleagues to see if deadlines are kept and inter-dependent tasks are being follow up
      • maintain all sprint communication emails
      • help prepare for code freeze and releases
      • provide reports upon request on development team performance
      • help the scrum teams achieve higher levels of scrum maturity

Required Qualifications:

Your skills:

  • University degree in IT/Mathematics/Social Sciences/MBA or related field
  • Demonstrated track of record as a Scrum master
  • Scrum Master certification from recognized institution is a plus but not a must
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks
  • Proven experience of team managing/coordinating experience
