Join SADA GDC as a Field Marketing Manager and CEE!
Your Mission
SADA GDC is seeking a Field Marketing Manager (FMM) to support our Armenia and Central European Region. The successful FMM candidate will work with SADA’s central marketing team and on the ground with our GDC Armenia regional teams to develop the strategic direction of the region and ensure that this direction aligns with and complements SADA company-wide goals and practice-specific marketing initiatives. The FMM will also provide leadership to, and coordination of, SADA’s marketing and public relations efforts for our Armenia and CEE Region presence.
The successful FMM candidate will be a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced candidate who will develop and implement effective marketing strategies that are in alignment with the SADA’s established priorities and plans. The RMM will also manage the development and execution of special projects as needed

Responsibilities:


- Developing Marketing Plan to drive brand awareness and generate demand
- Responsible for execution on the plan in coordination with regional sales, marketing, services, and Google Cloud partner teams
- Coordinating with corporate design and communications teams for regional content development, exhibitions, public seminars, customer stories, partner events, social media and promotional materials
- Work with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of services/product launches and coordinate for regional launches as needed
- Managing sales and marketing events

- Support national and regional initiatives to drive sales performance and build brand awareness
- Competitor and market trends analysis to define opportunities
- Monthly marketing update reports and budget overview
- Execute ad hoc requests to support special projects, sales activities and initiatives as needed
- Manage and attend regular meetings to ensure and support regular and effective communication on issues and opportunities relating to marketing, team

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline
- 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing and sales enablement
- Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
- Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team and managing external partners/vendors
- A creative thinker with strong written and oral communication, as well as an eye for design and concepts
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
- Strong communication skills – written and oral
- You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
- You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time
- You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
- Confident with a dynamic personality
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian verbal and written communications is a must Useful Qualifications:
