  • Define and implement Front Office objectives and procedures
  • Make the working schedules for the Front Office and Reception Staff
  • Hold trainings for the new-hired Staff as well as the current trainings
  • Tend to Guests complaints and questions providing exceptional Guest Service
  • Ensure the Front Office and Reception area is clean and organized
  • Maintain Front Office supplies and equipment
  • Manage Front Office records, and contracts
  • Supervise staff and all Front Office activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails
  • Coordinate the Front Office works with HK, FB, Technical and other Hotel Departments
  • Conduct performance reviews with the Front Office staff
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education, preferably in Linguistics, Hotel Management or related field
  • Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English Languages
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office manager or similar role
  • Proficient in hotel front desk software
  • Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Guest-service attitude
