Full stack developer

KUNSTLOFT is our successful eCommerce brand for art and stylish living. Our artworks adorn the walls of countless homes and offices and make customers all over Europe happy. We are a German-based e-commerce company specializing in art and stylish furnishings. We have a remote-first approach and are expanding our team internationally. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer. If you have several years of experience in an e-commerce company and are responsible, communicative and a quick thinker, then we are looking for you.
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using PHP and related technologies
- Develop and maintain database structures, queries, and optimization techniques to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve any issues or bugs
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to gather requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the development process
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, readability, and adherence to coding standards
- Handle performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of web applications to ensure high availability and optimal performance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for the developed applications, including technical specifications, user guides, and release notes

- Experience with Symfony, Laravel, Yii2, or a similar PHP framework
- Strong command of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively identify and resolve technical issues, optimize code performance, and propose innovative solutions
- Knowledge of Bootstrap, Vue, Ext.js, jQuery, or similar JavaScript libraries
- Experience with working in a SCRUM team
- Experience with Git, CI/CD
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence
- Understanding of eCommerce business cases
- Experience with Shopware 5 or a similar shopping system preferred
