- Be plugged in Slack daily and be the first point of contact for the on-site managers;
- Be plugged in Trello and communicate with the team on a daily basis. Update Trello upon necessity;
- Properly add payment requests to Podio for timely payment to utilitiy companies, contractors, etc;
- Organize and attend weekly zoom/slack meetings with the team to discuss current issues and progress of ongoing projects;
- Draft Game Plan for each property and follow up the implementation of all tasks on behalf of on-site managers. Assist and coordinate them when need be;
- Research and contact local contractors to get quotes for projects to be accomplished in each property;
- Keep track of all sales in all properties, attend a weekly zoom call with sales manager to obtain recent updates;
- Call contractors and on-site managers to ensure they are completing projects assigned to them;
- Perform other related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

- University degree;
- Perfect knowledge of English, both spoken and written; 
- Good organizational, team working, multi-tasking and communication skills;
- Motivated, quality and detail-oriented open-minded person;
- Full computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
- Ability to communicate with contractors, US state institutions and service providers;
- Previous work experience in project management will be viewed as an advantage.
