Responsibilities:

As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative , you will take on the following tasks for our customer from the online mail order business at our Yerevan location :
- Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries (inbound)
- Comprehensive advice and clarification of customer concerns
- Acquisition and maintenance of customer, master and movement data with the help of customer-specific systems

Required Qualifications:


- Very good spoken and written German
- A high customer and service orientation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good PC skills
- Creativity and team spirit
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
